Relationship Verification Needed message every Time I log in

Every time I log into Scoutbook Plus (whether directly or when redirected from legacy Scoutbook), I get a message telling me I need to verify my relationship with my older son.

I click the “Confirm” button every . . . single . . . time I log in, yet I keep getting the message.

He actually stopped participating in scouts several years ago but his profile remains in Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus.

How do I get this message to stop and get my relationship verified?

I am both an assistant scoutmaster and a guardian, and have tried verifying my relationship under both profiles but nothing seems to work. Please help!

@RobertCostantino Confirm does nothing - it is just saying “I saw the message” - either a Key 3 for unit or an Already person in Relationship to the Scout needs to add the relationship
