I am seeing this issue for quite a few of our Scouts and for a couple items, but for simplicity sake will only share one example. For the Kayaking award (not the merit badge) the award is showing on Scoutbook, but not in Scoutbook Plus. If I try to enter it on Scoutbook Plus, I receive an error message stating that it already exists. I could ask the leader to delete it and re-enter to see if that fixes the issue. However, I am concerned about additional issues that I am not aware of yet. As the Troop Advancement Chair for 140 or so Scouts and an upcoming Court of Honor in a few weeks, I am concerned that my advancement reports and purchase reports that are now Scoutbook Plus records are not complete. I see this Scout’s kayaking award in the database. There are known award display issues in Scoutbook Plus.
