"Reminder" bell at top tells me to buy MBs that haven't been completed

The little bell icon at the top of the page says 3 youth qualify for 2 unique advancements. They are 2 MBs - Climbing and Space Exploration.

The scout for Climbing is 133418086. He started it at camp and it is still incomplete in his list of MBs.

Space Exploration are 133097443 and 135454825. Same thing - started MB at camp and didn’t complete it. Not sure why it’s telling me to buy those 3 along with the total price due.

@RebeccaForman - there is an issue with the bell reminder. What is listed in the advancement tab on the roster ? It would be the primary place to look
