Remove completion on AOL rank required Adventure

A parent has marked an AOL adventure requirement complete when it is not. This was the final pending requirement for the AOL rank which the system then marked as “completed”. We have not “approved” the rank. How do we remove the adventure requirement completion? (I am a Key 3 Delegate/Pack Admin/etc.) Thank you!

You can just clear the date from whatever the adventure requirement is - that should revert the rest.

Hi Donovan,

In the Adventure in SB Plus, when I click on the date, it opens the calendar and I don’t see a way to delete the date. What am I missing?

@RobertAcker - you should be able to just back space the date out then save.

Thank you . . . I figured it out.

You can’t backspace the date on the requirements listing page for a specific adventure requirement, but by clicking on the date and opening the small calendar selection window you can backspace and remove the date just above the calendar on that page.
