A parent for Member ID 14720746 marked the Summertime Fun (Webelos) adventure as completed accidentally. She has tried to uncheck it, and tried to delete the completion date. However, when she tries to save, she gets an error message: “Update not allowed. Logged-in user does not have authority to take this action for this organization.” I am the advancement chair and can’t seem to deselect it either. Could someone please walk me through how to remedy this? Thanks!
@AmandaSteiner if she marked requirements done first clear a date from one of the requirements. Then you can clear the overall date of the adventure and clean it up
Then simple - Go to the final date - hover in Date Area and click the circled X - If Approved click the approved box - click SAVE
Thank you so much! For some reason, the circled X wouldn’t show up unless my browser was maximized, but problem solved. Phew!
you can also just select date and erase it and save
