@StevenLobasso - use acrobat reader instead of the native preview

Scoutbook is not putting correct dates in merit badge fields when generating the Eagle appllication

Unfortunately not all PDF viewers render properly. As Donovan said, use Acrobat reader. I have also had success with Foxit reader rendering PDFs including the Eagle app properly. There Is nothing that Scouting America IT can do as it is generating a valid PDF.
