It puts a single digit in the day, month, and year fields. The district is rejecting the application.

@EricBean - I just checked the eagle application for two of our scouts and they have two digits for month day and year for the merit badges
Unfortunately not all PDF viewers render properly. As Donovan said, use Acrobat reader. I have also had success with Foxit reader rendering PDFs including the Eagle app properly. There
Is nothing that Scouting America IT can do as it is generating a valid PDF.
@EricBean - i just did this ESRA on my work pc and it opened in acrobat reader with dates correctly populated
That was it. Apple Preview isn’t rendering it correctly. I was able to use Chrome to view it and it looked fine. It used to work fine in Preview.
Any Preview or other than Adobe product has issues once Forms (what fills in variables like dates) are used in a PDF
