Report Generator won't print subunits

I want to print a roster showing rank and subunits. Sorted by Patrol
Report Generator doesn’t print the Subunit.

Steps:
Sort By Patrol, Scout Rank, Rank Status, Show Subunit
Save
Run Report
Pivot (Shows Name, Subunit-sorted by patrol, Rank)
PDF (Portrait) does not show subunit in screen or when printed.

Output:
Report Viewer (pdf) shows: Name, Patrol (subunit) Rank
Printed Report shows: Name, Rank, but no subunit (Patrol)
