Good day everyone,
We are looking for a nicely formatted report to show a Scout’s overall merit badge status. So far, in Report Builder Manager, I’m coming up with reports that include a lot of badges that have not been started (so they display 0%) and requirements that show 0%.
Have you come up with a report that a Scout can look at and it’s not a dozen pages, but it puts their current merit badge status in an easy to digest format?
Would appreciate your recommendations!
@Britt well Scouts can log in and see their own accounts is my way.
Otherwise an Admin can run the Incomplete Merit Badge Report
I’d love it if they’d log in and check themselves, but unfortunately, we can’t get more than a handful of families to register and log into Scoutbook. It’s hard to understand, but it’s been a thing in our Troop forever. Despite my offers to host Zoom sessions to help them, library computer room sessions, even a visit to their homes, it’s been a real struggle.
@Britt You could try the Scouts BSA History Report. The last section lists partial merit badges.
Could not provide reports as it is Scouts job to track their stuff - just saying - they COULD log in
I encourage Scouts to log in to make sure their advancement is properly recorded.
