Reporting giving 403 Forbidden

When I click Quick Report and then More, it pops up an error that says to clear cache. After clearing cache, it gives a 403 Forbidden. Every other part of Scoutbook+ is working, so seems something going on with Reporting.

@BrandonMcGlumphy - have you tried a hard refresh?

Or try logging out of Scoutbook Plus, then log back in again.

Yes I have. My day job is IT Systems Administrator, I’ve tried all the usual tricks for when a website isn’t functioning properly. Even tried from my phone.

@BrandonMcGlumphy Could you give some more specifics? Which unit? Which report are you trying to run?

Unit 3221. I’m attempting to access a custom report that I created but I’m unable to reach that area. After I click on Quick Report, then More, I get the 403 Forbidden.

@BrandonMcGlumphy - does not appear to be a site issue as I can get to the reports menu and my custom reports. My thought is to delete the cache and cookies for scouting.org.

What is you click New Report?

@BrandonMcGlumphy what if you click Reports in Left Grey > then Custom Report?

It’s working again without intervention on my part, so had to be some sort of site issue.
