No Reports Available in Scoutbook

Hello Scouting Forums,

I’m currently unable to run any reports in Scoutbook or Internet Advancement. Our Unit Charter is up to date (albeit close to expiring) and I’m a correctly registered leader. This issue started within the past week, as it worked correctly last Tuesday.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Yes, same thing is happening to me too. Hopefully they find a fix soon as we are coming into Crossover ceremonies and can’t get the rank patches without the reports. Reports aren’t even working in the Scoutbook Plus side either.

@Skew @stephaniebettilyon have you tried an incognito window or cleared cache?

I’m having the same issue. I went to close out a Purchase Order and it spit back with an error. I’ve tried resetting the cache and restarting my machine but it’s not allowing me to access purchase or awarded reports.

@AdamGossmann and you are trying this in Legacy SB?

It worked in my incognito tab but it is back to working in the regular tab as well. Thank you!

Yes, I cant figure out where to generate POs in the new Scoutbook+ yet. I have to go to the old one for Awards logging and for PO generation. I think the issue is i had an open PO with scouts that bridged over and we already transferred them to the troop before I closed the PO, but not sure.
