Reporting on open Rank Reqs is very difficult with multiple Req versions?

For a given rank, there are several possible requirement versions. For example: Tenderfoot has v2016 and v2022 versions.

If there are scouts using v2016 and other scouts in v2022,… the advancement reporting is doubled in length. It shows both versions for all scouts. The inactive version shows blank activity.

Difficult to ascertain if a requirement is blank because the scout is not in that version - or if it is indeed not done yet.

Does anyone have a good way to generate a requirements matrix that shows open requirements for the entire troop?

as of 1/1/23 - all scouts should be using 2022 versions
