@StevenHarris1 - what is your registered position in the unit? You have the correct dropdown selected in the upper right?

@StevenHarris1 you are not the UAC - perhaps you were a fake one in Legacy - but go to my.scouting.org > My Profile and you will see

So, why am I being told that I am not UAC when Scoutbook+ is validating what I stated to begin with? What needs to be done to get this resolved?

Ok, I just verified what you sent. It looks like it was done in legacy, it still doesn’t explain why it displays in Scoutbook+, unless it is a migration thing.
To get this corrected.
- What are steps to add it to my profile?
- What needs to be done to clean up records of leaders that have transition to other positions or have left the troop?
@StevenHarris1 - the unit key 3 can add that functional role in my.scouting.org. For those that have left the unit they should have been opted out by whom ever processed the unit renewal. And they need to move folks in position manager in my.scouting.org
Ok, I will bring this up my troop for the clean-up of roles for those still in the troop. Our Scoutmaster is still new and the person I took the role from is still part of the troop.
@StevenHarris1 - i would work with the Committee Chair and Charter Org Rep then.
