A scout and his parent, also an ASM in the troop, have an old email address they cannot access and it need to be updated. They are not able to access Scoutbook. How do we update to correct email?
Can the parent log into my.scouting.org? This is the ID that should be used to log in to Scoutbook.
If the parent cannot log in to my.scouting.org, post their bsa member IDs (no names) and someone will investigate.
I am having the same issue for several parents who were brought over with the import from BSA. It would be really helpful to be able to update edit parent emails through scoutbook. Is there no way to do that?
With last night’s change, Key3 or Key 3 delegates can change email either through edit profile in Scoutbook or my.scouting.org on the roster page.
