Request parent account merge multiple BSA/SB Accounts

Good Afternoon,
A parent is requesting help to merge two BSA IDs.or make the older one inactive.
BSA ID 134438991 - Associated with one of her two children

BSA ID 135282292 - Associated with both of her children
This ID has their correct address, is linked as a Committee Member in our unit, and her YPT training.
I’ve also checked the account activities and ensured that all activities have been associated with this account.

@CharlesCollings that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 135282292
