Hi! Our Troop has had some confusion with the SB+ permissions. I am trying to figure out if my issue is related to my permissions or a problem with the system. I am an ASM and have the Functional Positions of Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class Requirement Editor/Approver. However, when I go into a Scout’s profile to edit or approve their requirements, it says that the requirement is disabled and “Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement.” Another ASM in my Troop is able to edit and approve these requirements and does not get these notifications, but I know that his Functional Positions are different than mine. Am I missing a step? Does this have to do with my Functional Positions?
@BrittanyTignor - “Functional Positions of Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class Requirement Editor/Approver” is only for Youth Leaders not adult leaders - so something went wrong there to allow you to have that. You need the Advancements for adults. I will turn in your issue
Hi. I have the same problem.. I am trying to figure out with the “Disabled”. It started from the last update. Please, if someone tells you how to fix it and you can let me know, I would appreciate it.

@ArnoldCruz_Feliciano you are a committee member - and therefor have no default permissions. Has your unit setup the permission structure for you in SB+
