I am the advancement chair for my troop, but now I am not able to approve any of the merit badge or rank advancements. I was able to before but cannot do this now.
@dhev.george Are you having this issue in Scoutbook (legacy)?
Or in Scoutbook Plus?
Scoutbook plus. when I click on the part where it says pending items (7) it does not list any of the scouts or badges.
@dhev.george - for troops you need to be in scoutbook classic not scoutbook plus. Beyond that the needs approval was removed back in september from scoutbook pus
