Is there a way to get a notification when parents mark off requirements? Den leaders and me do not check everyday SB to see if parents have marked off something. And most of the times we have had parents that have marked off requirements, and do not communicate anything to us. The same when they post a question or something under an event, SB doesn’t notified. Is there a way the system can send an email automatically when a parent post a comment or mark off requirements? It would be nice to have something like that.
There is not a way to have Scoutbook send an automated e-mail when a requirement is marked complete. Use the Needs Approval report to find such requirements.
