Hello! I’m transferring our pack from Scouttrack to Scoutbook. When a parents logs onto Scoutbook for the first time, all of the leaders listed in Scoutbook get an email notificiation. Is there a way to change this settings, either turning off the notification or limiting who gets it? Thanks!
@JenniferKincaid - As i recall it would only be unit admins that get the notice. It may also apply to den admins but there is no way to turn that off that I am aware of. Personally I did not mind the notice as i was made aware that the parent actually did something.
If it’s that bothersome for someone, they can create an email rule to filter it out of their inbox. Not sure it’s a great idea, but it’s not hard to setup.
