When I’m using roster builder to print a roster for Troop outings it displays multiple of the same patrols and when I select from only 1 patrol and hit submit the report prints out with multiple of each name. Now in scoutbook+ we only have 2 patrols but is scoutbook legacy there are multiples of the same name which is why roster builder is populating with so many patrol options. How do I fix this issue? I would assume by deleting all the patrols on legacy but I’m not sure how to do that.
@JoshuaScheiderer typically I say do not even look at legacy - but here I would have an Old Legacy SB Unit Admin look at the Legacy Roster - do the Patrols have the green shield? It seems like old patrols are coming back and making a mess in Legacy and therefor Builders. This is reported - watch changelog for updates.
What seems to be happening is if you delete a sub-unit in SB+ it becomes unapproved in Legacy and Stuck.
No there is usually only 1 set of patrols that matches whats in SB+ the rest of them don’t have green shields.
I am a troop admin on legacy. Am I able to clean up those extra patrols? If so how?
