I was previously able to view the entire pack roster, but I am now only seeing a select few dens. I am the leader of my den and can see a few others, but I cannot locate my daughters den. This is on the roster page.
Is this in classic SB or SB+?
Plus. Weirdly in classic I can see them.
I’m experiencing the same issue with my pack’s roster on SB+; it’s missing its 2 Lion dens.
Could you try checking the filter in Scoutbook Plus and make sure that all of your dens are selected?

It seems to have resolved itself, the scouts are showing again.
When the scouts were missing the dens weren’t even showing up in the filter.
That did it! Thanks. I hit reset filters and it must have corrected the state
The Lion scouts and their dens in my pack have disappeared again. Even going into the filter, the dens don’t show up, and the scouts aren’t in the “unassigned” group:
@etruongcao- I would try a reset of the filters and/or clearing cache can cookies for scouting.org sites
