RSVP Report enhancements

  1. Default selection to ‘Yes’ only.
  2. Add a parent section below the leader section with that same table format, including medical form dates.
  3. Allow column based sorting, as was supported in the old Feature Assistant Extension.
  4. Support csv/pdf export.
  5. Add an RSVP timestamp column for the time/date they made their RSVP.
