SB Mobile App shows $0 due, but lists outstanding charges

We are using PayPal to collect pack dues this year. I personally paid for the dues using SB on my computer. I see that the dues are paid and that there is a $0 balance. When I go to my account on my mobile device (iPhone), I see the same thing ($0), but I still see the dues “bill” and it shows it as outstanding. Is there a reason why it is not disappearing from the mobile app? Or at least not showing as being paid?

@jcrispy3 did you just make a payment in general? or did you make a payment toward a specific event/item?

@jcrispy3 - simple accounting as you paid to the overall balance and not selected the transaction to apply it to.

I went to the charge on legacy SB and selected “Pay via PayPal” and paid that way. I see the PayPal payment and the service fee as well. I see a $0 balance in legacy SB.

I have no way within SB to apply the PayPal payment against that specific charge if SB is not automatically doing it when the payment is made through SB.
