Totin Chip and Firemn Chit buggy

Totin chip and Firemn record is acting buggy. Entered awards last month sometime (August) probably using scoutbook legacy but I’m not sure.

Visable in their Scoutbook legacy profiles (pictures of the awards, some have 2 pictures of the Totin Chip). Findable in reports builder.

“Not Started” in Scoutbook plus awards profiles.

Did not end up on needs purchasing report.

I added a new Firemn chip last night (on 09/09/2025 for scout 14160343) in Scoutbook Plus and it appeared in all the places it should be. It’s just the 4 entrys from August that are buggy.

I’ll remember to pick up the patches, but it’s always worrisome when the record is missing from where it should be.

Thank you for your responce. I understand that these awards are being worked on, however the details of my experience are different than the posts you shared.

Can you check these awards again from an incognito window?

I can now see Totin in the inconito window, but I get the error message award requirements already exist. This happens for both Fireman and Totin. Thx

When do you get the message? When you click on the award?

You are correct. Sorry. It looks like only the other one is missing. This one didn’t show up on my to purchase reports so I thought it was missing.

The error happens when I click on Save.

It still looks the same.

Custom report from report builder shows the awards entered. If I click on individual scouts, the emblem is on their Scoutbook legacy profile.

When things switch to Scoutbook plus the awards are “not started” and have not turned up in the needs purchasing report.

I’m more concerned that the data from Scoutbook legacy didn’t transfer to Scoutbook plus. I’m trying to help the community more than I need a fix.

The data is in the DB. It is a display issue with some awards. Thank you for checking tonight.

Hello,

I have similar problems. Firem’n Chit and Totin Chip do not show up as awarded for one of my scout. His member ID is 13454279. I did that in scoutbook legacy, but then it did not transferred to scoutbook plus. I tried to update it, but it is said “error that user award cannot be created as userAward and userAward requirement already exist …”. It happen only for 1 scout, while the other scout who work together is fine.
