Scoutbook Roster vanished

14055090 is having issue with Advancement, and it is not working properly. I need to enter in the information for my scouts by Friday for their awards, but I am unable to see ANY scouts within Advancement. I was able to see everything last week, but did not complete it. Is there any help that can be provided? Below is a snip of what I can see in scoutbook. I also checked myscouting and I can see everything there, and I’m listed correctly. Any suggestions?

@TierraJones go to SB+ > Roster > Filters (top right) > click RESET FILTERS

I’m having the same issue, I can interact with the dena, but no one shows up on the roster.

I didn’t see a “reset” option on my device through Chrome. The items I want to see are checked.

You don’t see something like this from the roster page when you click the “SHOW: Filtered” at the top of the roster?

You have to click RESET no matter what is set to get past the issue

OK. You have to select at least one of the renewal status options.

Currently, you’re displaying all registrants who don’t meet any of the renewal statuses.

At least, clicking everything in the yellow circle got it showing correctly on my phone under Chrome.
