When using the messaging feature to select recipients, the following adult leaders’ scouting Member IDs in our unit are displaying as youth members, or not as leaders. The roster on my.scouting.org is correct for our unit. 12132173 4855275 4400360 123537873

For the most part, no. One is listed as the grandparent of one of the scouts. The rest are only leaders (den leaders and a committee member)

This was the first time I had ever opened messaging, but I only looked at it because all the other leaders in our unit are seeing the same thing.

Can you try a hard refresh and incognito window?

Sure, to satisfy people asking to do it in a private/incognito window, I’ve done that and it doesn’t help. The issue is not a local browser cache issue.
