Den "disappeared"

Pack 0236 in the Atlanta Area Council (092) has an Arrow of Light, Den 5, with two Scouts. The den and Scouts show legacy Scoutbook, and in the roster in my.Scouting.org. However, the Den, along with the 2 Scouts are missing from IA. The Scouts are:

I use Firefox but this morning is one of those times when IA will not open in Firfox so I had to switch to Edge to access IA.

Adding to the mystery, when I went into Advancement, I still found the Scouts.

@CharlesOlson - have you tried an incognito session and or clearing cookies and cache for scouting.org sites ?

@CharlesOlson I had the same thing happen to me, but when I created new dens for Lions this year. They would disappear the next time I logged in/after setting them up. Even when using different PCs (The incognito thing didn’t work for me either). This made scouts “disappear” in SB+ even if I wasn’t using “Group by den”

I think this is a filtering bug.

I was able to make them “reappear” by clicking on this button to “Clear Saved Sub-unit filters” in the filtering options. You can see if that works
