Scout appears on Roster on MyScouting but not Scoutbook Plus

Hi

We have a Scout missing from our roster on Scoutbook Plus. She shows on our roster on MyScouting and showed under the legacy Scoutbook.

Her member ID is 140186170
The Troop is 555 (555G) in SDIC (San Diego Imperial Council

What else would you need?

@PhilipSkinner The Scout is currently registered in 2 councils.

Which unit/council will be responsible for recording her Scouts BSA advancements?

@PhilipSkinner I have switched her Scoutbook account back to San Diego Imperial Council and requested that a new Scoutbook account be created for her in the other council.
