Scout in my scouting and legacy, but not in roster in scout book plus

Hi we have a scout who is registered in multiple units but we are her main unit 2019 that handles all advancements. She is in our myscouting roster and in scout book legacy but not on the roster in scout book plus. SB User ID:

So the 140389914 is the MEmber ID in your Unit? @SusanKuchta

I’m not sure how to tell. In Legacy under our troop 2019 it shows the following info

@SusanKuchta I strongly advice NOT touching LEgacy now. But it is unit 2019?

but it also shows a little yellow triangle next to her name in the patrol roster that says “not on official unit roster in myscouting.com” but I looked in my scouting and she is there

I usually only use scout book plus but i’m working on coh and her not being on the roster also means not showing up on MB/rank list for my PO, etc…

OK I fixed the account - so if you log out and back in it might already be there - might need a hard refresh - other wise wait 24 hours.

I set up for a second SB User be made for the other Member ID. The scout needs to know (and the other unit) all advancement needs to be entered in just on account.

Thank you. To clarify – if she is visiting the other unit, they should send a report to me to enter all advancements under our troop and not enter anything for her themselves, is that correct?

If the scout wants it on one record yes - otherwise it will just be divided and not related.

ok thank you, I will talk to her parents and make sure they know as well and can discuss with the other unit. I appreciate your quick help.
