I have a scout that suddenly was moved to another troop/council in Scoutbook. I can see him on my roster in legacy SB, but his membership shows our troop and this new troop (Troop 0304B, Crossroads of America Council). He has the yellow triangle next to his name. The scout does not appear on our roster in scoutbook plus. The scout does appear on our official roster on my.scouting.
Is this a scoutbook issue or a council/registrar issue?
His BSA ID is 136410973
In legacy scoutbook his ID is showing as 142020731 and has the above BSA ID showing as his previous member ID.
His SB ID is 10250180.
