Scout Connection and Memder ID Duplication Problems in SB+

Ran into an odd issue trying to connect to one of my Scouts. I was getting a “need to connect” pop up for a MID in a separate council. When I try to connect that MID, I get a green connected message. However, the MID does not get connected and the pop up continues to persist. Additionally, my my.Scouting MID is automatically reverting to another one in another council and duplicating as a contact on my Scout’s profile. Any thoughts?

Primary: 137477967 (Council 1), 14231036 (Council 2)

Duplicate: 142128795 (Council 2)

Scout: 13850022 (Council 2)

I set my primary MID to the one ending in 67. Other parent creates the connection. I log out and clear cache. Goto the email and click the connection link. Log in and submit. Green banner saying connected. Afterward, no connection to 67. Instead, there’s another, duplicate connection to 95 visible on my Scout’s profile when using my spouse’s account to see it. Stranger yet is 95 is a MID that randomly appeared and I don’t use (36 is the one I use for that council). Then when I go to my.scouting the MID is set to 95.
