Scout doesn't appear in unit roster

Hi all

I have a unit that I’m the Commissioner and there’s a scout that doesn’t appear on the roster of the troop and Crew on my.scouting.org neither scoutbook. The unit leader request me for help because they need to input some advancement.

The scout id is 136206276

Please let me know.

If the scout doesn’t appear on the official roster for the unit at my.scouting, there’s likely some issue with their registration (e.g. council hasn’t processed it yet, the scout’s registration expired and wasn’t renewed in time).

Were you able to verify with council that the scout is currently registered in the unit(s)?

The fact is that this past may, the unit leaders has enter advancement to this scouter.
