A scout (id removed) is listed on our scoutbook roster but it says “[name] has not been matched with a Scout in your Units official roster. Please check with your council.”. The scout is registered in our troop but doesn’t appear on my scouting. What do we do?
Work with your registrar. If they don’t appear in my.scouting they really aren’t registered with your troop. My.scouting is the source to determine registration status.
The Scout you referenced was last registered on 12/31/21 in a Pack. You will need to work with your Council to get him registered with your troop.
