My wife renewed our scout a couple months ago, and then he just now seemed to dropp off the roster. She was not able to see or renew him when that happened. I am able to see him in scoutbook, but not scoutbook plus, I paid and renewed for him again yesterday and he still is in a weird limbo state. We tried to add me as a pack admin since my wife is one too, but we can’t move him back to his roster and slot.

@JesseDurkee this is a talk to council - yes the scout seems to be in some registration limbo - Council might need to send in a National Membercare Ticket
