@DougWright Parent is not connected to Scout under the registered MID/BSA# - - if they log into my.scouting.org > click manage member ID > change the Primary to the other number (14127013) > Log out > Log back into my.scouting.org - they should be able to renew the scout. After that they will want to switch their Primary MID back to the First one as that defines their Identity in BSA Systems, and do not touch other BSA systems until they have done that.
Then I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number that they can log into
