parent/leader was able to renew themselves but when trying to get his son renewed he gets this. Please advise.
We need the Scout’s and Parents BSA Member IDs (no names).
At my.scouting.org does the parent see the Scout under My Applications? it is most likely they are not connected correctly - only Council can fix that if so

@TammieZemler the father has 2 MIDs - I just added the second one his Manage Member ID - this second one - 133279905 is connected to Scout - Father can log in and go to my.scouting.org > click Manage Member ID and make that one Primary > log out > log in and renew scout. Then change back to the first one being Primary
I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number
The parent has 2 BSA Member IDs. His other ID is 133279905.
Ask your Council to move the Scout to his primary ID 13201067 using the Relationships tab of Registrar Tools.
