Hello, I have a few members in our Pack that aren’t showing up in the Scoutbook+ Roster, but are on the My Scouting Roster. One of them is a Den Leader; she couldn’t see her den while she was connected, and when I went in to adjust permissions, she vanished off the Scoutbook+ Roster. The other is a Cub Scout that vanished off the Scoutbook+ roster for no reason too.
I would like to request a forced sync for the following:

131119935 - does not look like they are assigned to a den. I setup a 24 hour sync - a Key 3 can go to SB+ Roster > Edit den > and check or add
142148774 - the scout is in the AOL den - user can click Filter in Roster and click RESET
@SarahBailey 8/18. - was the first adult removed from a den?
Initially the adult was showing up in her den, but she couldn’t see anything on her end. I removed her and was going to add her back in, hoping that would help her see herself in the den, when her name vanished from our SB+ roster.
I’m still not seeing member 142148774 after resetting the filter. I’ll wait for the 24 hour sync and check back on SB+ for their names. I will keep you updated! Thanks!
@SarahBailey the scout is not registered in your unit - they are in P596 - they changed registrations this month
