My daughter is registered in scoutbook as a male and has been since cubs. I thought we fixed it a few years back but apparently we did not. I’m not sure if this is as a result of that or what, but she is also listed as being a part of both the boy and girl unit. How can we correct these errors?
Is your daughter’s troop participating in the co-ed troop pilot? If they are, this is why she is listed in both troops. If they are not, contact your Council to resolve the issue.

Yes they are. I think she is the only girl showing this though.
That’s definitely a “talk to council” fix if she’s actually registered in both units. The council registrar can fix that issue.
