Scout Double-added upon registration

We had a family who stopped mid-registration and then started again. Their Scout appeared in Scoutbook before we approved their application! Then we got a second entry for them.

One seems good BSA ID 13940775 - her mom is connected, we get the green shield, etc. The other seems not good. Only first name, last initial even after updating my links for my positions.

It won’t let me in. It says I am not connected to them.

hover over link and look at URL - or redo you admin from unit roster

I found it - and got them merged and fixed @Matt.Johnson
