Hi! I”m assuming this is because of an old version/new version crossover but almost all of the 2nd class data for one of our scouts is missing in scoutbook plus. I can see in legacy scoutbook that his progress bar is at 62% but I can’t input new data because his version of 2nd class is expired. Is this a known error on the list to fix? If not please let me know how I can work around. This scout is suddenly very eager to do things AND I am stepping out of the advancement chair role in the next few weeks so I need to train my replacement and make sure things are buttoned up.

@RebeccaShoemaker can you just change the version in SB+ - all scouts on Ranks should be on current version - and should have been for like 2 years

yes, I tried that and I get this error. I’m assuming bc it’s “expired”
I’m having the same issue with scout 133419741 and his First Class Requirements. Other Observations:
- The percentage is at 76% in his youth profile on scoutbook+, but shows 8% when going into the rank
- When trying to enter requirements, I get the error “This requirement does not exist in the user record”
- When attempting to switch requirements from 2016 version to 2022, I get the same error the OP reported
I have the same issue, shows 84% complete for 1st Class, new SB+ reverts to 13%, says it’s using the 2016 requirements, and errors out when trying to change to the current 2022 reqs.
