I am trying to enter First class completion for a scout who started before the July 2022 shift in requirements for First class. I am unable to enter the completion date for today on his remining requirements. I am getting the following error. Version Change Failed. Incomplete user requirements for the selected version
the calendar is dated July 31, 2022. and will not allow me to use any dates past this. this scout joined the troop in 2021, and I would like to get him updated correctly. I even went so far as eliminating all advancement associated with the 2016 requirements with the hope I could update using the 2022 requirements. This did not resolve the problem.
As an IT professional, I am beginning to wonder about your quality controls because it seems like every time you make a change you break something. In August this was working correctly, now it’s failing.
Still is not helping the scout has been with us since 2021, which means he should have been grandfathered in to the older requirements. However, I am still not able to even change to the new requirements. I am getting the same response when I try to change the requirement to 2022
What is the Scouting America Member ID (no names) of the Scout where you can’t change to the current version and what rank are you having trouble with?
I am trying to update First Class to get him ready for Board of Review next week. I suspect I will be having issues with others also. but we will start with him. He was under the 2016 requirement. but I will move him to 2022 if I can get access
The issue affecting changing the Scout to First Class you reported has been fixed. The developers identified the root cause and a fix for this is in the works. You may still see the error with the other Scouts on First Class 2016 until the root cause is fixed. Let us know if you do.
