Scout listed twice in roster

I have a Lion scout who is listed twice in our roster and twice in my connections, but I only see one instance in the den.

Is there something I can do?

@PaulLewis4 - check in scoutbook under the membership section for the scout to see if there are two current entries

@PaulLewis4 The Scout had 2 den memberships in Scoutbook. I have ended one of them.
