One of my troops is having a problem where a scout shows up twice in Scoutbook. She is only on the roster once in my.scouting

In Scoutbook, a Troop Admin should go to:
[Scout]'s Membership
Does the Scout have 2 current memberships (a patrol membership and a troop membership)? If so, the Troop Admin should click on the troop membership and add a Date Ended. Keep the patrol membership.

Yep, I’m waiting to hear back from the Scoutmaster. This scout’s account was recently fixed by national. The scout was showing up as an adult in Internet Advancement, but a youth in Scoutbook.
