Scout missing from Scoutbook Plus Roster but present in MyScouting Roster

I am a Troop Committee Chair and have a scout that is present in MyScouting Roster but does not appear in the Scoutbook Plus Roster. I have confirmed that the scout is active in MyScouting with the Council Registrar but we were unable to resolve.

Is there a refresh that can be run to address this? All other scouts (including recent transfers are appearing correctly.)

@JerinKingston 1/10 - can you think of any unit / user actions taken for this scout at that time?

Two things come to mind…

  1. The scout disappeared from the roster right about the same time that his renewal was completed online.
  2. There was an issue with the Scout’s parents accounts where both parents were set up with the same email address which was causing issues with their logins. This was fixed at about the same time by updating one parent’s email address. (13650968 & 141496108)

We have the same problem (missing scout from roster) described in this post. Likely for a similar reason. (ID 131886459)
