Missing Leader in Scoutbook Roster, but on my.scouting roster

I have a leader in my unit (Troop 150F) that disappeared from our Roster on Scoutbook, but is on our Roster in my.scouting. Nothing has changed with this leader and they are current as far as we can tell. Is there a way to force a sync between the rosters so that she shows back up in Scoutbook? The leader’s member ID is 12577015.

@JoshuaBeezley I set a 24 hour sync for the user

@JoshuaBeezley This user has 2 member ID numbers (MID), and her parent / child relationships are under the other MID.

I would recommend asking you local council to move the parent / child relationships, so that they are only under her MID 12577015.
