We have a Scout that is no longer showing in the Scoutbook roster. On my.scouting, he shows up as “transferred” but no one on our end initiated it. Scout is ID# 14313477
@OliviaMullen I think talk to council - it is like this scout is bouncing between a pack and a troop
We have a Scout with a similar name that moved from pack to Troop, and is now “dropped” from our roster. This scout should be staying within the pack - Bear to Webelo.
Still say talk to Council - I setup a sync for this scout - and should be back in SB by this evening
