Scout not showing up on ScoutBook roster

We have a scout that was just transferred from a pack into our troop back in February that vanished off the roster after accepting the transfer. Our council registrar put in a ticket to national and just finally got him to appear on the official troop roster in my.scouting, but a week has gone by since and he is not showing up in ScoutBook. Is this something the registrar has to fix?
