Scout missing Member Id in Scout Book and Relationship link broken

My son’s Scout book is not showing his Member ID in Scout Book and when clicking his Advancement to see his profile its giving error as Relationship Verification failed. Even he is not able to see his Advancements from his Id login. Looks like both of us Ids are messed up. It appears there may be a configuration error or a sync issue between our two profiles. Currently he is not able to update his Progress and see Troop events etc.

I don’t know why his Scouting America Member ID was removed. I have put it back on his Scoutbook account and asked the developers to investigate.

Thanks so much for fixing that member ID. The advancement is finally showing up in Scoutbook Plus. We’ve been dealing with this for the past month, we’re really grateful for your help.
