Scout Missing Member ID in Scoutbook but not in My.scouting

I have a Scout with no member ID in scoutbook, but I do see it in my.scouting. Is there a way to add his ID back into scoutbook?

@KristopherKelly sounds like a dual registered scout - what is the Member ID? (no names)

@KristopherKelly OK - Looks like the father made an account and took over the Scouts account and messed things up. If I had to guess the father is using the Login that is the Scouts. The Father has a Unser name that is his @gmail.com email. The parent relationship might need to be re-established - I setup a 24 hour sync for that

Thanks - is there anything I have to do at this time or just wait for 24hrs and check back?

in 24 hours you will see if the scout has a SB parent connection - before he had a parent connection to himself
