We have run into a registration issue that our local Council has determined as a scout book-related issue (i.e. not a registration issue at the council level):
One of our scouts has been helping as a founding member and mentor of a brand new girls troop in a nearby town. When that troop was established earlier this Fall, the new troop’s scoutmasters inadvertently assigned their troop as our scout’s primary troop. Now we in the scout’s original troop can’t see their details (roster, advancement, etc.) in Scoutbook+ anymore.
How can we pull this scout back to our troop, so that they appear on our roster in Scoutbook+?
The scout continues to call our troop their home troop and we need to have access to this scout’s Scoutbook+ records for advancement.
Council confirms that at their end, the scout in question appears correctly as being registered in our troop. However, in Scoutbook/Scoutbook+ online we cannot see the scout in our roster anymore.
